Announcing our new leadership at Elements: Introducing our Co-CEOs, Julie d’Antin and Christophe Promé

At Elements, we’re no strangers to rapid change. For the past decade, we’ve grown and evolved in step with the Atlassian ecosystem, always pushing ourselves to be more agile and innovative. Today, we’re thrilled to share an important milestone in our journey: Alexandre Alquier, our founder and CEO, is transitioning to a supervisory role and naming Julie d’Antin and Christophe Promé as co-CEOs of Elements, effective immediately.

A natural next step for growth

Our ecosystem evolves quickly. We see great opportunities on the horizon—opportunities that call for an even more dynamic structure. By appointing Julie and Christophe as co-CEOs, we’re taking a bold step to ensure Elements remains agile, innovative, and well-positioned to seize every chance that comes our way.

Julie will be in charge of strategy, marketing, innovation, finance and HR, while Christophe will take care of product, engineering, customer support, IT, data and legal. Their skillsets, collaborative dynamic, and strong complementarity make them a perfect duo for our next growth stage.

Julie and Christophe have been driving forces behind Elements for nearly 10 years.

They’ve crafted our strategy, fostered strong partnerships with Atlassian, and forged deep relationships within our broader ecosystem. Their track record speaks for itself: under their leadership across various roles, Elements has achieved consistent growth, expanded our offerings, and evolved into the ITSM specialist vendor it is today.

Although Alexandre is stepping out of day-to-day operations, he remains deeply connected to Elements in a supervisory capacity. Acting as a representative of our shareholders, he’ll focus on supporting our new co-CEOs.
