A shared win: how our ITSM focus earned Atlassian recognition

In early 2024, we made a big call at Elements one that felt equal parts exciting and risky. We chose to go all-in on IT Service Management. No more splitting focus. Just one clear mission: to help Atlassian customers tackle their toughest ITSM challenges with simpler, smarter tools.

A year later, I couldn’t be prouder of what our team has accomplished. Seeing Elements named Atlassian Partner of the Year for High Velocity Service Management is incredibly meaningful not just for me, but for everyone who believed in this direction from day one.

This award isn’t just a trophy for our office shelf. It’s a recognition from Atlassian that we’re delivering real, measurable impact to IT teams and that our vision for modern, experience-focused service management is resonating with the people who need it most.

From generalist to ITSM specialist

When we made the strategic decision to specialize in ITSM, we knew we were stepping into a space that’s rapidly evolving and still underserved. Teams are expected to move faster than ever, respond to increasingly complex requests, and meet rising expectations from end users and their workflows are rapidly transformed by the power of IA.

We asked ourselves: How can we help Atlassian customers and solution partners not just keep up, but lead the way?

The answer: purpose-built, Atlassian-native apps that simplify ITSM and amplify satisfaction.


Building with (and for) the ITSM ecosystem

We’ve always believed in partnerships and collective intelligence. Our team worked side-by-side with solution partners like Valiantys, Adaptavist, and Eficode, as well as customers like Airbus, Nortera, and SAP, to make sure we were solving real pain points. We also attended several industry events to capture market trends and insights.

We listened. We iterated. We delivered.

From joint presales and enablement with Eficode to design thinking workshops with Valiantys consultants, we’ve doubled down on collaboration. Because great service management doesn’t happen in silos, it’s a team sport.


Turning vision into action

Our strategy came to life through both delivering new, innovative apps and evolving our existing products with ITSM-focused enhancements. In 2024 we launched Elements Pulse, to provide actionable customer experience insights and XLAs inside Jira Service Management.

We enhanced several of our key products value proposition around, most notably:

  • Elements Connect : external data in Jira tickets for support agents who need the full picture, fast ; and JSM users who are tired of filling endless forms.
  • Elements Copy & Sync : our orchestration app for seamless issue escalation across Jira projects and instances, enabling faster, more structured collaboration.
  • Elements Publish : our automated knowledge base publishing app, a must have for a seamless change management process.
  • Elements Overview : the app that provides context (including SLAs) for better support where it’s most needed.

And we’re not slowing down. In early 2025, we’ll launch Elements Catalyst, our take on the Service Catalog smarter, leaner, and made for teams who want more control over what they offer, at what cost and how they deliver it.


Why this Award matters

Being named the Atlassian High Velocity Service Management Partner of the Year validates the bold choices we made and the trust our partners and customers put in us.
